We accept cancellations within 4 hours of placing the order. After that time period, we begin processing your order and unfortunately, we cannot cancel it, creation has started.

🔹 Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a product that is damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately. In such cases, we will promptly send a replacement order to your address.
🔹 Other Reasons: We do not accept returns or offer full refunds for reasons other than receiving damaged or incorrect items. However, your satisfaction is our top priority. Oops! Somewhere along the way, you might have made a mistake. If any of these are the case, it’s up to you to sort things out and unfortunately, we cannot refund your item.

Incorrectly Provided Address: If you made an error in the address. We are not responsible for orders not received due to incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer at the time of purchase.
